Who handles your data

This policy covers the EvoluteMe website and educational service. The data controller is Bekmurzina Olena Petrivna, an individual entrepreneur in Ukraine. For privacy questions and requests about your data, contact support@evoluteme.com.

Data we use

You provide account and profile details, learning goals, task responses, uploaded materials and enquiries. Voice features may process audio and its transcription. We also use course, progress, order and transaction information needed to operate the service.

The contact form stores your name, email, subject and message, submission time, language and page, available landing and referral information, campaign tags, IP address and browser details. An account ID may be recorded when you are signed in. This helps us answer enquiries and protect the form from abuse.

Purposes and legal grounds

We process data to provide learning, personalise routes, review tasks, operate author tools, record transactions and respond to enquiries in connection with providing the service and fulfilling our agreement with you. Service security and technical troubleshooting rely on legitimate interests; mandatory records rely on legal obligations. Where consent is required, processing relies on that consent, which you can withdraw.

AI, service providers and shared learning

AI and voice features may send necessary text, materials or audio to connected providers of those services. Hosting, email and support may also involve service providers. Enquiries may be managed in a customer relationship management system (CRM). We do not sell personal data. Access in groups and publishers depends on roles and workspace settings; publishing a course makes the materials selected by its author available to its audience.

Providers may operate in other countries. Where this occurs, safeguards required by applicable law apply. You can request information about providers and the processing of your data. Do not submit other people’s personal data or sensitive information without an appropriate basis.

Storage, settings and security

Data is retained while needed for your account, learning, enquiries or our obligations. Once its relevant purpose ends, it is deleted or anonymised, except for records needed by law, for security or to protect legal rights. Backups are refreshed in the normal cycle. You can ask about retention for specific data.

The website and app may use technical cookies and local storage for authentication and settings. Optional analytics or advertising tools, if connected, are used with the required notice and consent. Data access is limited to operational need; absolute security of an online service cannot be guaranteed.

Children and your rights

Child learning profiles are managed by a parent, legal guardian or authorised organisation within available features. The responsible adult must ensure the necessary permissions and a lawful basis for providing the child’s information.

Under applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion or portability of your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Contact support@evoluteme.com; identity verification may be necessary. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority. Deleting some information may make certain service features unavailable.

We update this page when our processing changes. Material changes are communicated through an available channel. The revision date appears at the beginning of this document.
