Cancellation and Refunds — EvoluteMe
This page explains section 9 of the License Agreement. It concerns paid Subscriptions. The English Agreement is the legally binding version; mandatory consumer rights and more favourable Payment System rules remain unaffected.
Cancel renewal without requesting a refund
You may cancel in the Service interface at any time. This stops future automatic charges. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation alone does not create a refund.
How a requested refund is calculated
Refund = max(0, amount paid − started Billing Months × base monthly price).
A Billing Month begins on the payment or renewal date, not necessarily on the first day of a calendar month. A started month counts in full, even if you used the Service only briefly. The base monthly price is the undiscounted monthly price in force on the date you paid.
For annual billing, 12 months cost the same as 10 monthly payments. If a refund is requested, the annual discount is not preserved for started months: they are recalculated at the base monthly price. No refund is made where the result is zero or negative. Under this formula a monthly payment is not refunded once its Billing Month has started, subject to the exceptions below.

Illustrative offers used in this design: Basic $12 monthly / $120 yearly; Extended $25 monthly / $250 yearly.

Actual calculations use your payment and the base monthly price at that payment date. Taxes, processor arrangements and any greater mandatory rights are handled under the applicable transaction rules.
Where to request
Submit the request to the Payment System through which you paid. It reviews the request under its rules. The operator does not issue refunds itself under the supplied Agreement, but assists on request to support@evoluteme.com. Do not send payment-card details.
What happens to access
Access to refunded periods ends. The current started Billing Month, which is not refunded, remains available until its end.
Breach and mandatory rights
Where access ends for breach, no refund is made as a general rule. You may still use the Payment System’s procedures; a successful request does not restore platform access. This policy applies only to the extent consistent with mandatory consumer law and Payment System rules granting greater rights.
Separate course or points purchases are not automatically governed by this Subscription calculation; their applicable conditions must be identified separately. This page does not introduce a seven-day or unconditional money-back promise.
